- Your personal data is held by BDP Media Group Limited (which trades as The BDP Media Group, Skill Boosters, BDP Learning, BDP Creative, and Atticmedia) and is kept confidential on our secure database. We will use your personal data to provide you and/or your employer with our products and services (including enabling you and/or your employer to purchase our products and services and allowing you to access our web site), for administration and accounting, for marketing, to respond to complaints and to ensure that the content of our web site and the products and services that we offer are tailored to the needs and interests of you and/or your employer.

After this time we will delete all of your personal data from our records, apart from any data that we are required to keep for legal reasons. In any event we need to keep billing data, which may include some personal data, for 7 years in accordance with Inland Revenue rules.
- If you have provided us with data about another person, you confirm that they consent to the processing of their personal data and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes (as set out above) for which their personal data will be processed.
