How we work

A man working in mechanical engineering We like to work with our clients to arrive at the best approach to get the right results, rather than apply one fixed approach. We work hard to truly get to know your target audience, working with them to determine the most effective ways of getting your message across. This is more than just user testing, but rather a genuinely collaborative approach to definition and design.

We have standard project and programme management methods that we set in motion to underpin our work.

We follow a flexible four stage process within, which we agree clearly defined milestones and deliverables.

  • Define - understand the needs, KPIs, must haves, could haves, should haves and exclusions.
  • Design - the programme, campaign or project outcomes.
  • Develop - create, test and iterate the deliverables.
  • Deliver and evaluate - launch or roll out the deliverables, examine how well it has achieved the intention and identify the next steps needed to build on the success.

Each of these stages can be adapted to be as long or short as necessary.

Developing programmes and campaigns that engage, deliver and make a difference needs an intellectual approach and understanding of how people learn. Read more about our approach to learning design and communication.
