Communication design

A teacher and child in a nursery school We adopt the principles of learning design to all communication. We understand that the key to effective communication is gaining a thorough understanding of the target audience. We believe that involving our audiences and allowing them to construct their own understanding of the message, is often a more effective approach than transmitting information.

We like to engage our audiences into a dialogue, whether directly with us or with each other. Part of any communication campaign we develop includes strategies for increasing participation, and crucially, measuring that participation. We enjoy the challenge of overcoming barriers and resistance. We have a deep understanding of the process of change and are able to apply this to whatever message you want to put across. As we get to know your target audience, we will develop approaches that take into account their motivators, attitudes and behaviours. We will produce a strategy that will stimulate a response to start a genuine two-way communication.
